The core programs offered by SHEWEARSRED are designed to encourage family enrichment and community building. Our goal is to encourage families to thrive no matter what obstacles they face through acts of kindness!

The When I Needed Support (WINS) program provides back to school funding to assist with the additional cost of clothing and supplies. The WINS program also provides coats during the winter season, and Gift Card drops for unexpected expenses throughout the year. This program is the primary driver for our organization. Working families are often left out from receiving community resources because they have an income. SheWearsRed was created to change that one family at a time.

The Ready Every Day for School Success (REDSS) program provides classroom support to teachers who serve in schools with low to middle income students. Funds for class field trips, classroom milestone celebrations (i.e., pizza parties), and additional school supplies are provided throughout the school year. 

The Roll Out Summer Toy Drive is designed to get students up off the couch, go outside, and play! Outdoor toys (i.e., bikes, balls, water toys) for all ages are collected and distributed to students within the community. Helmets, knee pads, and bike lights are also collected and distributed to encourage safe bike habits. 

We offer basic budgeting workshops to the entire family (ages 5 and up).  These workshops are developed for in person as well as virtual facilitation.
